At Seagull Watches, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
